SCUBA

SCUBA gelato: the front glass is pyrolytic, tempered and heated, with lift-up opening. The glass opening is servo-controlled by gas-operated pistons, Hydro-Lift® type, with two counterbalances, which allow the glass to be moved and stopped at different height-adjustable positions. The ventilated refrigeration system fi tted with a double evaporator has an elevated air fl ow which ensures the temperature uniformity inside the tank, thus permitting to display gelatos in a higher position up to 8 cm from the pan’s rim. The side panels are combined with the glass front in a continuous design. They consist of a high density polyurethane foam structure, a fi xed, pyrolytic, heated and tempered glass front and a curved, tempered, float glass with a heating track.
The front grille is in aluminium. The display case is fi tted with 3 rear closure systems: with sliding doors, roller night-shade and hermetic closure system (HCS).

UNIKA

DSL goes on along its own pathway of technological and aesthetic innovation in favour of the world of artisan gelato makers, and consequently it has launched the new Unika display case on the market. Curved, glass front for maximum transparency, LED lights for Unika: a fully innovative display case with a striking personality. Unika assures the utmost visibility on the gelato on display and its state-of-the-art shapes permit a full vision on all pans. The front glass introduces a new stylistic concept and a dynamic, appealing design in the world of gelato display cases: in fact it is a glass with a double radius curving, one of which has a particularly close radius realized in accordance with the characteristics of a pyrolytic, tempered and heated glass.
Unika is available in two lengths of 1125 mm, 1625mm and 1600 mm.

KXA Gelato

KXA is conceived for professional gelaterias: available in 4 linear and 3 corner modules, in 2 different heights, h 1151 mm and h 1351 mm. Defrost is by hot gas or reverse-cycle, and the condensing unit can be on-board or remote. On linear modules, the double temperature version is available, in which the case can turn from freezer to fridge and viceversa. When working as a fridge, the humidity rate needed to preserve pastry products is also ensured.

AXA Gelato

Devised to bring out the best from the gelato while fully preserving its quality, AXA offers an instant vision of the flavours thanks to the LED-lit flavour markers (exclusive patent) and to the slight inclination (9°) of the display surface sited at approx. 70 cm from ground level. Toughened, pressed and curved glass, and a refrigerating system with two evaporators and a semi hermetic compressor. The AXA Gelato Display Case is available in linear or curved modular units (configurations: 6+6; 9+9; 12+12, 18+18, with 36x16 or 36x25 tubs) and it can be ducted to all of the display cases in the AXA line.
On linear modules, the double temperature version is available, in which the case can turn from freezer to fridge and viceversa. When working as a fridge, the humidity rate needed to preserve pastry products is also ensured.

CLX Gelato

Excellent gelato conservation, comfortable access to the inside tank: all makes CLX a perfect product for any kind of premises. CLX is ductable with all the line services, and it is available in the linear modules 110, 160, 210 and 320 and corner modules 30° and 45° (trays: 6+6 ; 9+9; 12+12; 18+18, and 7 in the corner units).
On linear modules, the double temperature version is available, in which the case can turn from freezer to fridge and viceversa. When working as a fridge, the humidity rate needed to preserve pastry products is also ensured.

SPX Gelato

SPX is a gelato display case designed for free-standing installation. Fitted with self-supporting glass and enbloc foam tank insulated with injected polyurethane (40 kg/m3), this display case is available in three different linear units (110, 160, 210) that may be installed in any type of space due to their extreme flexibility.
On linear modules, the double temperature version is available, in which the case can turn from freezer to fridge and viceversa. When working as a fridge, the humidity rate needed to preserve pastry products is also ensured.

The SFX gelato version: the display case is fitted with pans (360x165),a cake display surface, with a lowered top and plexi grilles in order to display single portions served in small glasses.
