BACK COUNTER UNITS A back counter area needs to be practical and functional but it also has to look good. The back counter area is the heart of a bar; it is a working area that needs all of the basic units required for good bar management: a washing area, one for coffee preparation, an area for waste and a refrigerated zone. Each of these elements is different from the others and calls for ad hoc dedicated design. DSL manufactures back counter units with 3 different depths, 9 lengths and 3 types of refrigeration for a notable range of specific modular units, designed with people who need to serve customers on a daily basis in mind.

NEUTRAL BACK COUNTER BASE UNITS - TUBOLAR STEEL STRUCTURE
Framework in tubular metal with adjustable stainless steel shelves.
Coffee machine structure at the same height as the back counter unit, with one-piece stainless steel top complete with hole.
Waste hopper with flip top.
75 cm unit with 2 extractible drawers.
Gelato pans inserted into back counter unit.
Doors and sliding panels with aluminium frames externally finished in stainless steel, etched glass or lacquered wood.
Stainless steel plinth specially raised above ground level for the passage of wiring and ducting.
